happy weekend!
We're off on a short vacation to Dallas! By the time you read this we'll be up in the air and well on our way. Can't wait for quality time with Eric, a little R&R, catching up with a dear friend, putting on my shorts for the last time this fall, and exploring the city. I'm excited to see what Dallas has in store for us this weekend - we'll be eating and shopping our way through the hot spots everyone has told us about. I live in Honolulu but visit my daughter who is at S.M.U. often. We are a big "foodie" family! Dallas has gotten some great restaurants in the past few years! I highly recommend these !

Neighborhood services ..On Lover's Lane ..Excellent!!
Bolsa (Tory Burch rec. on her blog) loved it.
Both of these are very much on the radar and very popular.

Bolsa is amazing. Go for Sunday brunch and get the french toast. You've never had anything like it. While you're in that area, try Tillman's Roadhouse, if only for their homemade s'mores. Hattie's, around the corner from Tillmans, has the best home cooking too. Enjoy Dallas - not my favorite city, but it's not so bad for a weekend. ;)
