This is a beautiful quote by Roald Dahl - I just love it. When I came across this it got my mind thinking about how much I miss handwritten notes. These days everything is driven by technology and while my computer is always attached to my hip, I miss opening my spiral notebooks to jot notes down or opening up my mail box filled with postcards and letters from friends. Ahhh, I think I may have to start writing to friends via post and parcel instead of emails - wonder what they'll think of that . . .

I came across this all-in-one calendar, diary, and address book by NoteMaker. What more could a busy lady ask for? Not much. This needs to be purchased and put in my purse as soon as possible. The only question is, what color should I get?

Holiday Cards; No Postcards!

There will not be holiday cards coming from my house this year, instead I'm sending out postcards from Rifle Paper Co. Anna Melcon Bond's work is amazing and I'm thrilled she opened an online shop. Did I mention that the postcards are sold in sets of 10 for only $10.00.
