Alright, as most of you know I'm a huge stripe-aholic (thanks to Erin) - it's an addiction! My pile of shirts is growing weekly. When I came across this feature on Lucy it completely solidified my love for stripes and why I'm so obsessed. Most trends come and go but I think this ones going to be around for awhile. What do you think? Are you equally in love with stripes?

a pop of jcrew . . .

This past weekend I had the pleasure of popping into the JCrew in Corta Madera - my favorite location in the Bay Area (Carmel's is out of this world too!). As I walked into the store I finally felt inspired to transition my wardrobe from winter to spring. It's time to bring out the cotton and color and store the wool. We all know that I'm a stripe-aholic - beware my fellowstripe lovers, the store is packed full of striped goodness along with pops of color that had my creative outfit juices flowing (Alicia and Taylor would have been so proud). In the end I walked away with loads of inspiration about what to do with clothes I already own. I also walked away with a pair of slouchy khaki pants to roll up.

I'm ready to bust out some pops of color in the next few days - especially since the sun is shining bright! Where are all of you finding spring outfit inspiration?

it's all about stripes . . .

I'll admit it, I'm a stripe-aholic and I blame the lovely Mrs. Erin for my obsession. I've worn stripes 4 days in a row and I still can't seem to get enough . . . they just strike my fancy. My latest find that has been taunting me is a classic navy and white stripe cotton dress by Chance - it's a perfect classic for spring and summer.

casual stripes + a guest post . . .

I'm a lover of anything and everything striped. If you went into my closet you'd find an endless amount of cotton tees, blouses, sweaters and totes all striped. It's a little excessive, I know!

When I came across this simple and casual look I just about died. The striped tee with the casual shorts, ballerina flats and a little pop of color with the kelly green handbag is exactly the look I love in the summer.
